I am sick to my stomach this a.m. most likely my fault in that I ate some potato chips last night.  Is there anything you guys take to help this?  I have to leave in an hr and a half for my grandaughters pagent.  Any input would be appreciated!

Do you have any ginger or peppermint tea?

How about any Gravol or dramimine? antinausea meds that people use before travelling? Take half the dosage so that you're not up there on the stage during the pagent..lol!

Are you driving?

Make sure you have something to eat this morning..even a half an egg and toast and maybe weak tea.

Thank you Heather - I don't have any of those, but I will go get some and I do have 2 hard boiled eggs - I'll try to eat one but food just is such the turn off right now!

Yes, I am driving so I won't take anything to make me "drunk"! LOL Perhaps the peppermint tea will be my best bet!

You can put some brewed peppermint tea in a water bottle or whatever to take with you if the nausea persists. A little bit throughout might help you more...

Let us know how your granddaughter does.

Our beautiful Brianna 3 1/2 yrs old won 3rd place at her beauty pagent.  By the time they got to them all those little girls were exhausted - they ran 2 1/2 hrs behind schedule which is rough for these little ones.  Brianna didn't perform the way she usually does.  But she was beautiful and she felt beautiful and that's all that matters - she got her trophy!

Sounds like a rigorous schedule, especially to be behind that long. For some reason I wasn't thinking beauty pageant...

You didn't mention your nausea, so I'm assuming it didn't last long, which is a good thing.

Hope the weekend continues having you feeling well.
