Hi all,
 
I'm just curious for how long I will be waking up every morning w/ cramps because of my nightly enema??! I hate having to take pain meds at 8am..

At night time, squeeze the air out of the bottle before inserting. This can help some with the morning after cramps. Also too, once you start healing the cramping should subside.

Try using only 1/2 the bottle. I've done it for 3 years and have been in remission for 2 years.
