Thank you!!!!!!!!!!  It is really helping.  I am down to 1-2 BMs a day and more formed than ever.  And the wafers don't taste so bad either.  Thank you to whoever you are, now I am going to try the spinach and sunflower seeds too.

I only eat one package a day.  I don't really find it gives me gas.  I usually eat them for breakfast.  I guess they may give me some gas, but I can't tell, I have to take the Rowasa enema every night anyway and that gives me gas in the AM, so I really can't tell what is causing it, but it is no worse than it was b4 I started the wafers.

one package a day for me too, & I don't notice any increase in gas at all. If anything, it may be less gas!

If you need to know, I've learned the wafers have gluten, but the capsules and powder do not.
