Yep, I'm a twitcher too. The hardest twitches are when I am starting to fall asleep and my body starts to relax. But I have even woken myself up in the middle of the night with my twitching. I think though that I have a mild case of restless leg syndrome. I don't know if it's meds or not but I found that if I take my muscle relaxer before I go to bed I don't twitch as much. You might want to ask your doc about
that and see if you have restless leg syndrome. If so, they have medication you can try to ease that.

Currently taking Colazol 3 pills/3X a day, Humira, Rowasa, Canasa, Paxil.
