Wondering if I may be in the beginnings of Remission - Thursday was awful, Friday better, yesterday and today awesome.  Last night had some red meat - meatloaf - today no pains no nausea.  Yesterday 4 movements - soft, but w/ some form.  Blood and mucus gone.  Today no movement at all.  Arthritis was up - a bit stiff - still some tenderness in lower abdomen.  Fixed daughters bday dinner, chicken cordon bleu w/ noodles, steamed veggies and of course bday cake.  Ate a small amount of each and it didn't make me feel sick.  I have added the fiber wafers to my regimine as well as the nicotine patch.  It may be helping.  Am a bit leary as my asacol is out and it hasn't come in the mail yet from medco so only had 2 of those today.  Hope they come tomorrow.  I know I have had UC at least since mid may officially diagnosised in August and probably have had it longer, but didn't know.  Anyway, do you think I may be headed towards remission?

Well, I guess I may be headed in the direction of remission, but this a.m. had the mucus no blood. This disease is so new to me - I just don't know - still mild lower tummy pains. I guess we'll know more as the week continues.

*Crossing fingers for you!* Usually when I start feeling better, the pain is the last to go. Heck even when I am feeling good I still have the pain on occasion.
