You will be less in the morning....weigh yourself morning and night and document (graph) to find your average weight. Women will fluctuate about
5 pounds throughout the day and start to gain a tad right after ovulation till after their period.
You'll be able to tell if you are actually gaining weight from the average weight and its consistency.
I go up and down 5 pounds daily.
Oh, did you get a new scale? Were you fully clothed compared to just skivvies and bellybutton lint removed? Before bm, after bm...lol! Makes a difference regarding consistency of times.
