Yes, I get foot cramps quite frequently. I asked my primary about it and she told me either it is a potassium defiency or it has something to do with the structure of your feet. Try eating a banana (very ripe of course) and see if the cramps go away. Every now and then I will constantly get them and I will eat a banana a day and it seems to keep them at bay. If they continue then contact your doctor.
