I just read an article that said that there was a study that found that women that swallow ejaculate have less cases of breast cancer.

Why in God's name are we studying things like this (and 4 hour viagra side effects) when we're still in the dark ages in terms of colitis?

GROSS!!! It seems they waste time studying up on the stupidest things anymore.

It figures they'd do a study where they find "men" responsible for helping women to prevent something.

Pretty soon they'll be making it a food product.

Yes, gross...

I wouldn't say they're in the dark ages regarding UC or any disease for that matter...

But I bet it's not so stupid to all those women out there with recurrent breast cancer.  It's all a matter of perspective.

dx proctitis in 1987
dx UC in 1991, was stable until 1998

1998 started prednisone, asacol, pentasa, nortriptylene, ativan, 6MP, rowasa enemas and suppositories, hydrocortisone enemas, tried the SCD diet, being a vegetarian, omega 3s, flax, pranic healing, yoga, acupuncture, probiotics

2000 lost all my B-12 stores and became anemic

i was going to say sign me up (male)
Diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 6/2006 at age 26 after sudden E.R. visit
~Pancolitis (Mild to Moderate)
 ~I had Mono in 2000
On Colazal 3x3/day; Folic Acid 1mg; Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc combo
In remission about 2-3 months after E.R. but not back to normal!
 
~Interested in finding a cure/making sense out of U.C. and philosophical and psychological aspects of UC and "Stress" and Personal Development issues with Chronic Illnesses.
