I've been scanning the forum today, and it seems like there are so many of us that are struggling to maintain a semi-normal life.  But there are even more of us here at HealingWell that are always willing to offer encouragement, support, and listen to our rants and raves about various things.  Most of the time, it is the same people struggling who are offering the support.  For that, I say thank you for taking the time to care for the others here.  I also say give yourself a pat on the back for persevering through the days and nights of malcontent.  I wish remission for all of us in the near future, or at the very least, a nice vacation from your disease, so that you can go enjoy life again like you once did.
Thanks to all! turn

Brandon, thanks for the pat on the back to us all. I think *at least for me* that just the act of helping others, takes my mind off of ME and my problems. It's a great feeling when you can help someone else and say "Yep, I've been there - I can so relate - so let me tell you what I think/feel and maybe we can get you feeling better". This is a nice thread :)

PAT PAT - thanks!!

Just coming here to find others with my symptoms/problems with UC helps me to worry less about having something others don't and I never feel alone!

I find it to be very therapeutic to lend support to others as I'm sure we all do or we wouldn't be here....pat pat to all!

I agree with the above, if I can offer a little help to someone it makes me feel a bit better, then maybe some good can come from this horrible disease.
Brandon is right! Pat, pat you guys!
