This may be a dumb question, but if your colitis is spreading will it cause pain in the upper part of your abdomen? I have had pancolitis for about
10 years, witht he lower 30cm causing the major problems. If the "bad" is moving more throughout my colon, could that cause the upper pain. I also have chronic pancreatitis, but my levels showed realitively normal pancreatic enzymes, so it's not that and my GI said that it is pain from my colitis flare up. I hope this makes sense.. my 2 year old is playing Dr with me while I try to form a complete sentence! Thanks! Cara
