It appears that juicing the spinach isn't as effective as eating it. I did canned spinach first a few months back, it tasted horrible, and made me worse. It only took about 4 days until I gave up on that idea. Then I tried the sunflower seeds, but kept passing undigested seeds. So I got the bright idea to juicing the spinach, and grind the seeds to a powered. Well, I was slowly, I mean slowly getting better every day. But only if I didn’t cheat on my diet, which is no breads, sugar, alcohol, etc.
I am now getting strict on my diet again, and just going back to what were the original instructions. Eat it, but this time I am doing frozen, and it is much palatable. I have been doing the whole spinach, frozen for two days now, and I am already noticing a change for the better. I think my system is over the "shock" of spinach, so I am going to give this another go.
