Hi everybody, haven't been on in a long time. I haven't been doing very well. I've been in pain for so long now and I have been doing everything that I'm supposed to. Taking my meds, eating right, I think, but nothing seems to be working. Then, when I had an appt with the dr. I was able to ask him about my colonscopy and the sore that I saw in the picture. he said that is not a sore its were I took the biospy from and from what I see you should be in remission. That through me for a loop. I thought that I finally had a visual on why I hurt so bad all the time. So I asked him then why am I always in pain and he said we'll get you a hido scan, which I don't even have the results for yet. So now I'm at a loss. Maybe I'm eating the wrong things or something. Does anyone have any advise that might help me besides, get a new dr. 'cause thats already in the works. thanx cry

If your colon looks normal on scope, it must be something else causing your pain. The gall bladder is a frequent offender, either from stones or other problems. Sounds as if your doc is proceding along the right path. In case it is the gall bladder, you'll want to continue the low-fat diet I assume you're already on.

Hope you get some answers soon.
