I am currently having a flare up...as usual!  I take Levsinex as an anti-spasmodic, but it is not helping anymore.  Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.  I was wondering if there are any other anti-spasmodics you guys take and if so, what are they and do they work for you? I just called my GI and I am waiting to hear back from them.  They are excellent about calling back, so I'll see what they say...just wanted to hear from the experts on here!!   :-)   You guys are always so good about responding quickly!  Thanks!

have no idea, never used any other for the past 19+ years. For some it does, for some it does nothing.

Lomitil only one I have ever taken. I asked for Bentyl but my GI wouldn't change for some strange reason. I told him I would just get my regular GP to prescribe it to me if he wouldn't, lol.. Not got around to that yet. For the past 6 months or so when I needed the anti-spasmodics I only use half a lomitil. Works better as it doesn't dry me out too much.
