Do you think Hemroid medications may work to reduce some rectal UC inflamation? My dad used to have hemmroids and my mom is constantly recommending them for my UC b/c they worked for my dad's hemmies. I have no idea what types of meds there are for hemmies or how they work.
Has anyone ever tried them?

I would say both treat inflammation ... but hemmies are only in the anal area, so the active ingredients would be for inflammation and the other for pain.

They would be better than nothing from my perspective...unless one is allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients. I would nix totally the prep H...however...
