I tried to think of a more clever subject line but couldn't!
Now that I have no blood, firm stools, 2 BM's a day, tiny discomfort (I think from gas mostly) and feel so much better - gas is exploding.  Now this is not gas pain (have that once in a while) - this is explosive, and get worse as the day goes on.  Since I have IBS also I wondered about what I am eating.  I have not increased anything especially.  I eat very lite - lowfat, white bread, pb, cheese, milk (never bothered me before), no greens or raw frust or veggies.  Nothing has changed.  Stopped using Splenda a couple of days (only used it in coffee early morning before), I don't drink soda or chew gum - all the things they publish about gas forming. Doc tested me for Celiac.
Any other ideas are appreciated.  Taking same probiotics for months now and only using Proctofoam for UC every other night.  No other new medications.

Well, I saw a little blood this morning - very little.  I guess I better go back to Protofoam every night once again - "sigh"!
