After 3 years of being in good health, I had a bad flu and a bad flare up. Been to the loo 8 times a day.
Have started taking cortico steroid once a day and salofalk once a day along with asacol 6 tablets a day
How long does it take on an average to recover. So nervous!!!!!
Best remission strategy- positive attitude and optimism
Diagnosed in Feb 2006
6 asacols a day, probiotics, hydrocortisone enema, vitamins, folic acid.
Headed towards remission. Wish me luck
