I've been seeing a nutritionist to help me lose weight and control my IBS and UC. I've found that eating yogurt for breakfast is killing me. I only have three choices for breakfast: one whole egg with three egg whites and spinach leaves, oatmeal with either strawberries or blueberries, and yogurt with granola and dried cranberries. The first few times I had it, I did not experience any problems. The last few weeks, I've experiences gas and bloating 4 or 5 hours AFTER I've eaten the yogurt. I usually experience the gas after eating lunch. It doesn't matter what I have for lunch because I get the same symptoms when I eat yogurt.
Do you guys have any suggestions as to which yogurt may not cause as many problems? Should I avoid it all together? Thanks! :)
