I just started manuka honey which is supposed to be a natural prebiotic.
What prebiotic are you taking?
Im taking A.Vogel pre-biotic that has lactofermented whey, corn dextrin and L+ lactic acid. I cant tell you if it had an effect independently since I started it after the probiotics, maybe its small effect, maybe its long term - I dont know all I care about
is if it feeds the good bacteria.
7 Pentasa per day (4/3)
Corti Foam p.m. 2X per week
Prebiotics and Probiotics, Bowel Soother, Fish Oil, Calcium, Multi Vitamin and Melatonin
