I have been having very uncomfortable symptoms and was wondering if anyone has these similar symptoms.  I get bloated a lot, the bloating is very uncomfortable, it feels like my stomach is a huge balloon and about to pop.  Also, I get constipated once a week, I never really feel like I have to go to the bathroom.  I sit on the toilet forever and finally I go.  When I go my poop is always stringy and thin.  It's almost feels like something is blocking the poop from coming out.  I have tender to touch pains on my right side, almost all the time.  Maybe I have some blockeage in my intestine. I tend to hold my bowels at work and when I am around my boyfriend, that could be one of the problems.  Also, when it comes to my periods, I have horrible cramps and throw-up. I exercise daily, so I know that isn't the problem. If anyone has these symptoms or has advice, please feel free to respond.

Thanks

sounds like you need to get some fibre in you daily, if you cannot tolerate eating fibreous foods then use a supplement, that's what me GI told me to take (although eating fibreous foods wasn't much of an issue for me) and it's done wonders...of course your system will have to adjust to it (will likely cause excess bloating and gas as this happens to healthy people as well) but after 3 months for me it was well worth it, no more bloating, very little gas and I can eat fibreous foods with no issues. Also helped my stools become formed and less frequency.

If you had a blockage then you likely wouldn't be getting any poops out.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)
