VIEW IMAGEJust had my 3rd infusion of remicade.  Seems like it's helping quite a bit.  Am also on Lialda.
Last week had two mild nosebleeds and yesterday a really heavy nosebleed.  I haven't had nosebleeds since I got off asacol last spring, but tho't that was caused by the combo of asacal and zoloft.  Then got this current flare and went on lialda and then 6 weeks ago the remicade.  My gut is better, but now the dang nosebleeds again!
Anybody else have similar problems?  When I googled remicade I did find a mention of possible unusual bruising or bleeds on 3 different sites.  Just when I tho't I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Some days you just can't win--and it's a miserable dark, foggy day, and I'm feeling like a real pity party! cry

Hi there- I've been on remicade for more than 2 years but i've never experienced nosebleds from it. Did you normally have nosebleeds before the Remi? Also, it's ok to be a pity party - we've all been there!
