I was thinking about starting the anti-inflammatory diet to help with my UC. Has anyone tried it yet? Or think it will work?

Dr. Weil's anti-inflammatory diet is quite healthy and includes many anti-inflammatory foods. However, my digestive system can't handle some of the foods on his list; so I guess I follow a modified version.

The anti-inflammatory diet focuses on eliminating poisons that cause inflammation, while eating foods that are naturally anti-inflammatory.

Some sites on the anti-inflammatory diet-
Asacol-2400 mg
Aloe vera gel-4 ounces twice daily
4 VSL#3
