I just want to wish each of you Happy Holidays!  I hope that you and your family are together and wish each one of you the best.  Try to enjoy the food and deserts best you can.  For me and my family, we will be together for three glorious days and I can't wait!

ANd happy holidays to you also. I get to stay home for them. LOL. The girl friends whole family is coming over xmas eve and And we are all bringing snackies. ( which means I KNOW there will be stuff here I can eat ). And then my whole family is comin over christmas day for lunch and I get to cook. ( which again means I KNOW it will be stuff I can eat. ) Besides the fact that I love to cook, this makes it so much easier on me. Plus no long car drives. With the flare up, its going to make my holidays so much more enjoyable. All the family here.

Season's best greetings! A Ukrainian colleague at work treated us to blinchiki, delicate pancakes like French crepes, but served with homemade cream cheese & red caviar on the side. That meant I could take the right amount to keep my intestines as happy as my palate! Wow! What a great holiday gift! It felt like a mini-vacation despite our office surroundings. / Old Hat (nearly 30 yrs with left-sided UC; successfully returned to original Colazal for maintenance of remission after generic gave me D!)
