During flare, I juiced organic cabbage, carrot, green apple 2-3x day (8-12 oz. ea). Continued for about 2 weeks after flare. This helped me along with vitamin C IV therapy, supplements, SCD/IBD-AID food list and lifestyle changes. In remission I juice 2-3x week. I use a "slow juicer" (Omega 8006) as I believe it retains more active enzymes in the juice.
