What is the differnece in Pre vs Pro. I already take VSL#3 for the pro. Should I be taking something for the Pre? What's the benefits? Do many of you take both?
Any thoughts/comments are appreciated.

prebiotics are basically carbs/fibre that the probiotics feed on. Many have taken to cutting out carbs, so they're not adding fibre into other sources in order for the probiotics to work more efficiently and effectively.
