Keep looking for bob's red mill. Premade GF crusts are disgusting; there are nooooo good ones. I suggest if you are intolerant and truly want to stay Gluten Free than invest in the flours and some good baking books. I suggest Gluten Free Baking by Analise G. Roberts. It has everything in and everything I've made is really good. I even used one of the cakes for a competition and got first place. Being GF is really difficult, but most restaurants have GF menus now and there are more and more products being offered. Glutino is a good brand for crackers and
cookies which is available at any krogers with an organic section. Amy's foods has many GF products as well. I suggest looking at http://glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com/ for recipes as this lady has done her testing. good luck!
