I have recently came across a fruit juice that I love.  It is called Fruit Zoo.  It is 100% fruit juice with no suger added.  It also has vitamins and minerals in it.  So far, I seem to be doing ok with it.  I only started drinking it for a few days now.  I am trying not to drink so much ginger ale.
I know that fruit juices can irrate some with UC.  Anyone else have views on fruit juices...good or bad?

Many fruit sugars can cause diarrhea and cramps. They are helpful in moderation however.

Hi..what exactly are the ingredients? I'm leery of some advertising as of late, curious if there are any artificial sweeteners in them since "sugar" is a swear word for many.

If you can drink it, go ahead, but you might have looser stools from it..which sometimes can be a good thing. You might have a better result drinking it with food rather than without...there are benefits to having vitamin C with foods (increases iron absorption)

I don't personally drink fruit juices, the taste of some isn't to my liking and some hurt my stomach.

Fruit juices are high in sugar - even though it's "natural" fructose. I'd proceed with caution. When I occasionally drink fruit juice, I dilute it half and half with filtered water.
Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis spring 1999.
Maintenance dose sulfasalazine.
Probiotics, l-glutamine and fish oil caps. George's aloe vera juice. Oregano oil antibiotic, antiviral, antifungal. Long-term remission with only minor blips.

I would buy a juicer and and drink only fresh juicer with the living enzymes, anything on a self is cooked voiding it of ant nutrients
