I have a couple questions around Fiber and vitamins...
First, is fiber intake ok for the body while having UC? I have heard conflicting reports. If so, how much should we be intaking a day? I believe the daily intake is around 30mg...should we be at that level?
Also, should we be taking fiber supplements...if so what should I be looking for in Fiber supplments and what kind should I be getting?
Secondly, should I be taking vitamins to replace the lost nutrients that come out from all of the BM's? If so, what kind of nutrients should I be looking for in vitamins?
Also, I heard that Chamomile Tea is good for you...has anyone heard this?
