Some people suggest staying away from sorbital but has anyway any experience with sorbitan monosterarate?  I was making some bread in my bread machine and looked at the ingredients in the yeast and it has this in it!  I looked it up on google and its an ester of sorbital and stearic acid.  Don't know if its something to be concerned about.  I suppose its probably in all bread.

it's the sugar that feeds the yeast....that's how it works.
