Does anyone in here drink smoothies or blended drinks? I have been a bit lately, as they are an easy quick way to pack in some nutrients (can put my flax oil, probiotics and whatever in one shot). (tasty too)
Anyways, just wondering if anyone had good tasty ones they drink. I am getting bored of the same ones.
I usually have half banana, maybe some yogurt, mixed frozen fruits, acaij berry and a bit of water.
I have heard of people adding oatmeal in the morning too. That sounds really good.
Anyone else drink em much? How about using whey protein in them to get extra protein for those who try keeping active or keeping weight on?
