Hi all,
I have had UC pretty badly for the last 3 years, and just had a baby on December 18th.  I was on the supplement Expecta Lipil with DHA for the whole pregnancy.  Now maybe it's a coincidence, but my Colitis was noticeably better during my pregnancy.  Does anybody think it could have something to do with the Expecta?  I'm considering just keeping on taking it even though my pregnancy is over.  Any thoughts?

Diagnosed w/ uc in April of 2006.
Asacol 4 tabs 3 times per day;
Protonix 40mg per day; Prometrium 200mg per day;
Zoloft 100mg per day; postassium tabs twice per day;
Prenatal vitamin; folic acid; Expecta DHA supplement

I cannot actually speak from experience as I have not been pregnant (yet :-) ), but I have actually heard that a woman with colitis can feel her best during pregnancy...
