With all the recent posts about anti-fungal diets, I just wanted to know if anyone is using Pau d' Arco as a supplement.

I've just started a Pau d' Arco based tea which doesn't taste too good but is touted to be a strong anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and immune regulator.

Sounds good to me.

Do you know if you for sure have fungal issues?

Regarding antibacterial....probiotics ARE bacteria...could it not work against it?

Call me stupid, but I miss the point if it's not a problem for anyone.
To me, it could cause other problems with the pendulum swinging in the other way.

Its just an experiment for me to see if it effects my Colitis - I also have a nail infection and Psoriasis which also could benefit from it.
