I can eat bread; however, the gluten, wheat, and yeast can be a problem for some.
Some breads also have high fructose corn syrup in them. These breads I can't eat.

Vitamins (a whole bunch of them)
Anti-inflammatory foods: turmeric, seaweed, garlic...
Avoid: anything with high-fructose corn syrup, foods high in fructose, artificial sweeteners
