OT snow in the uk

I have 2 very happy children as the schools are shut as it snowed last night.Have just got back from the park cold and wet but had fun until the sledge hit a bump and broke.Hubby come to the resue with a flask of coffee and a ashoulder for the youngest who at this point decieded his legs were to cold to work anymore so now i have soggy coats drying over chairs in the kitchen waiting to get wet again and kids hoping there will be no school again tomorrow to carry on the fun.
  
  Diagnosed 22.5.08 with Lft sided U/C
  Meds Predfoam 20mg 2x day stopped started Mesalazine supps 1gm 26/6/08
  Mesalazine 400mg 4 tabsx2 day
  Domperidone 10mg as needed

Hard for me imagine. Never seen snow on the ground, just flurries in the air. It's a cold day in GA. about 45 dregees. I know that's nothing to you. We were in the 20s last night.

  • Ulcerative Colitis since Sept. 2004
    • 1st flare Sept-Nov 2004
    • 2nd flare Aug. 2007-July 08 
  • Currently taking:75mg 6MP, 4 Lialda, Loestrin 24, Allergy meds., Maxalt for migraines and allergy shots once a month 
  • 10/6/08 Found a 1cm kidney stone in right kidney.  Had the stone blasted and passed the fragments.

All of you come and bring your kids.  We have had over 100 inches of snow this winter and right now about 4 ft. on the ground.  We are hating it right now.  Time for Spring!

New diagnosed with proctosigmoiditis - 6/2008
 Colonoscopy 10/28 showed only 2 cm. left to heal in rectum - going to try Proctofoam first.
Probiotic Align, Prilosec for GERD
Inderol for hypertension,Xanax,Lipitor, multivitamin, calcium w/D, Tylenol
Tried hydrocortisone for two weeks with no change.
Having sigmoidoscopy next week to see where to go from here.

We have only had a few inches and i hate it can't begin to think of 100 inches must be a nightmare.

Here in middle Tennessee yesterday was 63 degrees today high of 40 and snow chances! No wonder we all have colds! Had snow last week. Tomorrow night low is 16 grrrrrr!

I have a friend in London and her kiddos have a snow day today. They are from Dallas, TX originally so they've only seen snow on ski trips.
Female, Age 38
Diagnosed w/c.diff 7/02 when pregnant w/1st and only child during 2nd trimester(wasn't on antibiotics)
C.diff flare within weeks of delivering baby 1/03, Diagnosed with UC 2/03

Haha you guys are funny! Snow is a regular occurrence in MN! I have a friend studying abroad in Alnwick, England. I wonder what its like for her there.
