These breakfast foods are more inclined to cause issues:
toast (wheat, gluten)
pancakes (wheat, gluten)
coffee (caffeine irritates the colon)
black tea (caffeine irritates the colon)
honey (high in fructose)
cereal bars (depends on ingredients)
V8 (tomatoes are pro-inflammatory)
juice (high in fructose)
certain fruits like apples, pears, grapes (high in fructose)
These are usually okay:
blue berries (yuck)
rice cereal (yuck)
Remember to read the ingredients. Nowadays, the "healthier" stuff usually has non-healthy ingredients (like high fructose corn syrup) added for taste.
I used to eat just a banana for breakfast. It was quick and filling.
Now that I'm not flaring, I'm eating iron-fortified cereal with milk, Lactaid, and a banana.

Anti-inflammatory foods: turmeric, seaweed, garlic...
Avoid: anything with high-fructose corn syrup, foods high in fructose, artificial sweeteners
Previous treatments: Fecal transplantation (worked), Prednisone (stopped working), Colazal (stopped working), Asacol (stopped working)
