Hi everyone!

I need some advice or feedback on weight maintenance. I'm currently on 40 mg of pred, and 50 mg of Imuran.
I just got my 2nd remicade infusion, because when we tried to taper down the pred I flared while still on a high dose
of Imuran (150 mg at that time).
The GI felt that the Imuran was not sufficient, and moved me up to Remicade.
In the beginning, I put on a lot of weight from the pred. But seeing as how I've been on it since Sept (hospitalized),
my body has began to become accustomed to it, and I've lost the weight, and now am starting to look like I did
before I was hospitalized. Which I find strange, since I don't have any D. My stools are formed and I would say if anything,
I'm constipated.
I'm down to about 70 kg = 155 lbs or so. I hate the way I look. I hate being thin.

My question, has anyone tried using supplements like Creatine. Creatine is supposed to cause water retention. I was thinking
of using it, to at least "look" healthy. Or a bit rounder, the way I did when I first started using the pred.
Has anyone tried this and had success, or the opposite, caused a flare?

My 2nd question - if the remicade was working, would I not gain weight, as my normal weight before the decease was around 170lbs.

Thank you for any feedback in advance everone! :-)

Had remission with Salofalk for 5 months, then began to flare
and switched to Lialda, which did not work.
Recently hospitalized.
Now on 40 mg of Prednisone and 175 mg of Imuran

I think creatine would hurt your colon, it made my insides upset before I was even diagnosed.
