you'd be better off to start a fibre supplement. I'd firstly suggest Metamucil Smooth...not the sugar-free one, however. OR the Metamucil capsules...
That will help get your colon into a better rhythm.
Oh,,,coffee can help stimulate the movement of the colon...maybe just had in the morning.
Honey is a mild laxative...have it on toast as a snack.
Do you eat fruit, have cooked veggies or maybe salads?
