I have kept a food journal for six months and have found absolutely no food issues setting things off for me.
It's my cycle and hormones. I can be fine for three weeks then boom, bleeding and D and more frequent a few days before I start my period. My periods have been much lighter also, I'm thinking it's because I'm losing so much blood elsewhere that I mostly just spot for a few days. It has gotten more normal the past few months though since starting LDN and losing less blood in my bm's.
I did strict SCD for a month and the day before I got my period things were the same so I figurred the heck with that. SCD was really hard so I didn't think it was worth it if it wasn't helping my monthly issues anyway. That's also when I quit the remicade infusions, it was just two weeks after the third infusion. Definately not worth the risks and side affects I was getting from it.
