Since I have been in this awful awful flare the back pain has been almost unbearable. I have been taking tylenol, hot showers/baths, and using my heating pad. today I really started feeling better except for the back pain and since I have been eating again I started thinking about how much fluid I have been losing. Before it hurt to even drink water. So anyway I thought about my kidneys and how they may be hurting from lack of water. I then drank a ton of water and took a nap. When I woke up the pain was gone. So anyway I am pray that I don't ever get as bad as I was but if I do I will try my best to drink more water maybe that will help my back pain. I thought that I would post this in case it helps anyone else.
