No, I'm not taking mine with a meal becuase I usually have take my Asacol with a meal and I like to seperate the meds and supplements so, yesterday was the first day I spead the capsules out. I tool one mid morning and one mid evening.
My general diet is very simple. I eat a banana or white toast (can't do wheat) in the morning, I have a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch (during the work week) and then dinner varies but usually eat rice with chicken and some sort of cooked vegtable (usually spinach).
I guess, what im looking for is the fiber supplement to bulken my stool and reduece urgency which it seems has happened to most who have taken it.
