Sherry...remember that food itself has action in the digestive tract, so you will have to figure out what works for you. Just don't drink large amounts on an empty stomach at first.
Have fun experimenting. One glass may be good, one and a half may be too much...it's just like eating too many oranges or whatever.
There might be a lot of pulp, but that in effect might be good because it'll be a fibre that would be insoluble and soluble...so maybe diarrhea might improve.
