Something tells me I won't be getting much sleep tonight.  C section at 10:15 tomorrow morning.  Please send me positive vibes that I don't flare afterwards.  Not to jinx myself, but it's been 4 months without one - the longest I've ever gone and it feels too good to be true.
34 yr old female
Diagnosed with Pancolitis in 1/2007
Baby due 3/2009
Meds:1600 mg Asacol a day, Ferrex, Pre-Natal Vitamins, Lovenox, on and off Prednisone (40 mg then taper)

Congrats and good luck! I hope you don't flare either! I started my first flare about 4 weeks after my son was born, so I know just how NOT fun it is.
Symptoms began in November 2008, ~4 weeks after giving birth to my son.
Eased for ~3 weeks in December, possibly b/c of probiotic use?
Returned in January 2009 (with a vengeance), diagnosed with pancolitis on January 30.
Currently taking Asacol (400mg 4 pills 3x daily), Rowasa nightly, Culturelle probiotic, and Zoloft (25 mg).
