I'm in the same boat as you, mornings are the worst the rest of the day ok and maybe a episode in the evening (depending upon what I ate during the day). I couldn't walk or run outside b/c that makes me poop. You know remission when your stools are somewhat dry, formed and thick, kinda lumpy bumpy, I had them back in the day. When I was on antibiotics I had a couple of good days and then it reverted back.
I would go easy on the gut, lay off glute/bread/wheat and see if this improves your condition more. Lay off sugar, dairy too.
