Yes. There are a lot.

Oil of Oregano, Colloidal Silver, Organic Coconut oil, aloe vera juice(anti-fungal).

I have used all of them and still take some to inhibit their growth along with digestive enzyme from ght which breaks down the yeast's cell wall

I had so many anxiety attacks and palpitation problems before doing candida cleanse. gosh. Never want to go back to that phase again.
Esp, the die-off was the worst for a couple of weeks.

Candex is suppose to be the best, b/c you won't experience any die off reactions. I would cut all sugar, breads out of my diet and do Candex as well. Just cutting off the supply of sugar to the fungi will helps shed the yeast.

Very mild left sided (could have fooled me with the "mild")  UC. STARTED LDN ON 1/25/09. Supplements:  Cod Liver, Probiotics, multi whole food vitamin, olive leaf extract.

I use wild oregano oil. It's antiviral and antimicrobial in addition to being a powerful antifungal.

Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis spring 1999.

Maintenance dose sulfasalazine. Probiotics, l-glutamine, vitamin D and fish oil caps. George's aloe vera juice. Oregano oil antibiotic, antiviral, antifungal. Mostly grain-free and dairy-free diet. Long-term remission with only minor blips.

What about Caprylic Acid? I bought some then read somewhere that people with UC should not take it but I also remember seeing that someone on the forum is taking it. Anybody know anything about it?

Yikes, I got a 67... The diet sucks though!! All these things I love:

sugar or any forms of sugar
white foods (white sugar, white flour or white rice)
Breads
Pastas
corn
rice
Any product containing peanuts
Peanut butter
Peanut oil
Any product cooked in peanut oil (No Chick-Fil-A?? No thank you!!)
food additives, preservatives, processed foods, foods in a bag, box or can

I would seriously have nothing left to eat.
Female, 23, Ulcerative colitis (pancolitis) since 1999; GERD; gastritis; osteopenia in femur head & lumbar spine from long term prednisone use...

Current Meds:
3rd Remicade infusion 3/19/09

That's what I was thinking. They also sell it in a jar with 120 pills but you have to take 2-4 a day it sounds like. I hate to spend 50 dollars on 120 pills and I don't even know how I will react to them.
