I think the probiotics you purchased are good and basic to start. I used acidophilus and bifidus initially and then ventured to others.
I read the directions online..it says to take 1 - 3 daily preferably before meals, so I will guess on an empty stomach? The other option is to take them at night before bedtime about
2 hours after your meds.
Why do you have to keep them frozen? I would keep them refrigerated, but have never considered frozen. You'd have to check the label, and if it states a degree restriction, maybe it'd be OK . It wouldn't kill them I don't think, so you'll have to be the judge of that.
You could take some Tylenol if you're feeling achey or whatever after the imumisation.
