Does anyone here take these vitamins?  They were recommended to me but it concerns me that you can't get them in a regular pharmacy and you can only buy them online.  I'm looking for opinions here before chancing it.

Thanks

I take them.  I'm not sure if I can tell a difference between Forvia or any other multi-vitamin???  Some swear by Forvia.  I'm still undecided.  I think I'll try a "regular" multi-vitamin after I run out of Forvia, then maybe I'll get a better opinion.

I do think Forvia is a good product because they don't use magnesium, which may cause diarrhea.

I take Forvia even though I no longer have a colon.  I think it's a terrific vitamin for those with IBD as it's formulated with more of the stuff we lack.

I'm one that is a total advocate of Forvia. I absolutely LOVE this vitamin. I have always taken a multi-vitamin but I never really felt overall well. I switched to Forvia and within a month I could tell a difference. I felt overall much better. I can't really explain in what way I felt better though just that it was for the better. On the bottle it states to take two a day but I found that I can get by with only one a day.

Thanks. I guess I will give it a try. I have never been one to take medications or pills so all these things I am taking is a struggle for me.
