I have been on Methotrexate for about 2 years now and I am still having alot of issues with nausea.  I take a 15 mg. injection once a week on Friday evening.  It is supposed to help with prevention of anti-bodies to Remicade.  I tried all the oral medications for this such as Asathiaprine, Immuran and they made me very sick.  The Meth keeps me at a medium level of nausea from Saturday morning to about Thursday morning.  It's great as a diet aid, but not so good for my well-being.  I help the nausea with Zofran - about 4 or 5 a day.
I was just wondering how everyone deals with the side effects of Meth... and does it really work?
Presently on: 600 mg. Remicade every 4 weeks
                   Venofer infusion every 4 weeks
                   B12 every 4 weeks
                   15 mg. Methotrexate/injection weekly
                   12 Asacol daily
                   10 mg. Celexa daily
