My doctor gave me a prescript
ion for the Meth and also for the very small, diabetic needles that immediately retract after the injection. I have to admit, it is my husband who gives me the injection, I just couldn't do it to myself.
It is very inexpensive. Probably costs about
15.00 for 3 months. It was one of the original chemotherapy drugs used many years ago. The biggest side effect is tiredness and I am nauseated for a few days.
It is a Friday night ritual I endure because the doc tells me it is a good thing. I can't take any of the other pills like Immuran or AZA.. so this is the less upsetting to my body.
