I can only recommend my GI who is in Farmington because he is the only one I've seen for the past 14 years. Before that I saw Dr. Zimmerman at U of M. She was good at the time but I hear now that she has got too busy to adequately treat patients. My dr is Dr. Klein at Botsford General Hospital. But if you want to look up more GI's you can visit www.ratemds.com to find one in your area.

I just saw Dr. Klein yesterday by the recommendation of Sherry (Red).  I really liked him.  He has an office at Huron Valley Hospital too.  Here is a link to him:  http://www.botsford.org/doctors/directory/detail.cfm?doc_no=137.0000

I used to see Dr. Higgins at U of M.  I liked him at first but he's really hard to get into now.  He is only in clinic one morning a week and is always booked out at least 4 months.  His staff isn't very friendly which kind of ruined it for me and made me want to change doctors.

My cousin is a Lialda drug rep. and she recommended Dr. Goo.  http://www.oaklandgastroassoc.com/goo.html   I was going to see him but I thought I'd take the advice of a fellow UC'er rather than someone who only calls on a doctor due to the drugs.
