Like can you have UC and then develop crohns, diverticulitis, or small bowel obstruction?
I have a lot of upper abdominal distention now and constipation and wondering if it is possible to have
developed a second bowel condition which could be easily overlooked due to the symptoms being the same as UC

Uc does not develop into Crohns. If you are diagnosed with Crohns further on down the road then you never had Uc to begin with but Crohns. It's always possible to have other issues in the small intestine but it shouldn't be because of UC.
