I don't eat tomatoes because they make me flare. This also means that I now eat white pizzas, no red sauces with italian food, etc. I found this today and am wondering if anyone has tried it and if so, what you thought, how close is it to all things tomato, etc. Thanks in advance for any information.

It would probably taste close to ketchup or the other products the company makes.

These sites have ingredients listed for them....

I guess it wouldn't be to bad as long as you didn't have any issues with carrots. I've never tried this but I just don't see how it can be similiar to tomatoes if they use organic carrots??

So far this is the only site that I've found with an ingredient list. I do ok with carrots so I'm not worried about them.

www.glutenfreemall.com/catalog/nomato-glutenfree-pasta-pizza-sauce-tomatoes-p-834.html

My biggest concern next to flavor is that it lists onion as an ingredient. I do ok w/ onion salt or onion granules but not with actual onions or anything in the onion family.

I've found a couple of recipes to make your own nomato but I'll admit that I'm not a good cook so I'm a little leary of trying them.
